The Process for New Tutors:

1. Submit a Volunteer Application
2. Attend an interview with Maria Rivera at TRM
3. Consider the commitment duration as one year
4. Attend the full day Tutor Training
5. Meet with your assigned youth on assigned days
6. Maintain lesson documentation
7. Attend at least one Tutor Follow-Up Session each year
