Tournament Information

The format will be a Four Person Florida Scramble with a shotgun start at 12 noon.
Create your own foursome or we can match you with other players. Men’s, women’s or mixed
foursomes are welcome. Handicaps will be used in computing each team’s net score.

Golfer registration begins at 10:00 am. The field will be limited to the first 140 players. Lunch will be provided before play begins.

1st Place — $200 gift certificate/each golfer
2nd Place — $150 gift certificate/each golfer
3rd Place — $100 gift certificate/each golfer
In case of a tie, a scorecard playoff will be used to determine prize winner.

The Pennies for Promise Campaign Kickoff July 1, 2008

Trinity River Mission will launch the Pennies for Promise program on July 1, 2008. With a goal of $25,000, the coin collection campaign will run from July 1, 2008 to June 30, 2009 and will benefit children and teens in Dallas.

Pennies for Promise is a year-long penny collection campaign dedicated to supporting Dallas area children through Trinity River Mission. The campaign brings together children and adults alike to encourage philanthropy, civic engagement and mentoring. These individuals work together to organize Penny Collections at schools and businesses, volunteer as penny drop-off collectors and help support the campaign through community events, administrative assistance or marketing.

Those interested in donating to the campaign may mail their contributions to: Trinity River Mission, 1018 Gallagher, Dallas, Texas 75212. Trinity River Mission is also currently seeking corporate sponsors, penny collection sites, and volunteers to coordinate penny drives.
