Every month through September, TRM’s wonderful “Mom’s On A Mission” prepare delicious, homemade Mexican food for your delight! Feel free to dine in at TRM or carry it out to eat at your workplace or home.

  • January 15 – Fajita Quesadillas (Chicken, Beef, or Veggie)
  • February 19 – Chicken Enchiladas
  • March 19 – Chimichangas (Chicken or Beef)
  • April 16 – Taquitos (Chicken or Beef)
  • May 21 – Fajita Tacos (Chicken or Beef)
  • June 18 – Fajita Quesadillas (Chicken, Beef, or Veggie)
  • July 16 – Tamales (Chicken or Pork)
  • August 20 – Chicken Enchiladas
  • September 17 – Taquitos (Chicken or Beef)
  • October 15 – Taste of TRM! Choose one: Veg Head Sampler (cheese enchilada, veggie quesadilla, mini veggie chimichanga) or Carnivore Galore Sampler (chicken enchilada, chicken quesadilla, mini beef chimichanga)
All lunches are prepared fresh at TRM and include rice, beans, salsa, salad, a drink, and a Mexican pastry.
Each lunch is sold for $10. Freshly prepared, homemade guacamole may be purchased for an additional $4.

For orders of 12 or more, choose from a selection of TRM’s delicious, authentic Mexican cuisine, homemade by our very own TRM moms!
Note: delivery includes a $25 delivery fee.
